Description

Vinification: Destemming, pressing and pre-clarification, then fermentation partly in steel barrels, partly in wooden barrels at 22 degrees C, further aging for 6 months in steel barrels, wooden barrels and clay amphora. Wine character: Light straw yellow with green reflections, minerally invigorating body with fresh acidity and an aroma of citrus fruits, gooseberry, passion fruit and some herbs in the background. Recommendation on dishes: Various appetizers, fish and asparagus dishes, as well as various cheeses.
