Description

We are fortunate to benefit from this remarkable Silex terroir on several Sauvignon Blanc parcels.The siliceous-clay terroir known as "Silex" gives the wine a marked, straightforward personality and characteristic flinty notes. The nose expresses fresh, floral and mineral scents. On the palate, the wine is mineral with light flinty notes, offering a concentrated, well-balanced wine with a hint of nervousness.
